Dawna is the best realtor Ive ever worked with. She gave me tips for things to do with my home to make it sell faster, as well as increase the value. When my home hit the market, she sold it in 2 days for above the listed purchase price! Shes also extremely helpful in making sure any/all issues are resolved as the closing date approaches. She helped with the purchasing of my previous home as well and helped my wife and I write up an offer that beat 6 other offers on the house, without overpaying. Similarly, she helped iron out any problems that arose during the closing process. If youre thinking about buying or selling your home, theres not a realtor I could recommend more than Dawna.

Dawna is an amazing realtor! We did not know her but we chose to work with her because we saw that she had sold another home in our neighborhood in less than 3 weeks & her reviews were all good. We needed someone who was really good because we had an offer accepted on another home to buy but it was contingent on our home selling in less than 30 days. From the 1st time we met her & thru the whole process of selling our home, Dawna was thorough & a pleasure to work with. She was most organized, proactive, honest, personable, detail oriented, communicative and SO on top of everything. We have bought, sold & moved numerous homes throughout our lives & Dawna was far superior to any other realtor that weve ever worked with. We highly recommend her!
