Fifth Third Bank & ATM

Went here to cash a check DRAWN ON FIFTH THIRD BANK and they want 5% to cash THEIR OWN CHECK that they can verify funds from the businesss account for. They say this is because you arent a customer but if its drawn on your bank. I SHOULDT need to be!!!! Absolutely ridiculous. If I was looking for a new bank, this wouldn't help gain my business. I would actually tell anyone who was to go anywhere but Fifth Third. But hey, gotta rob people one way or another its banking business. Two stars only because the tellers were nice, just following their employers very ridiculous and outdated polices.

Do not try to cash a check drawn on this bank if you don't have an account with them. If you do have an account, close it and use a better bank. You shouldn't be charged a fee to cash a check drawn on the bank. They also create a profile for you with your personal information before they inform you they want a percentage. It seems no one knows how to remove that profile. The myriad of terrible reviews is well earned for this bank.

This bank literally can not do any basic service that every other bank does. Ran out of checks and needed a check for my contractor, rushed here in between conference calls to be told told they don't do counter checks. EVERY OTHER BANK DOES THIS AS A BASIC SERVICE. No wonder their rating is an overall 2.
