        When we have gone to this bank we have had good service. My problem with BOA is you have to drive a long way to find a branch with an actual person. All are video or automated. To my knowledge this is the only one on the north side of Indy, My other banks PNC and Centier have multiple branches where we can talk with a person. I will most likely close this account as soon as able.

        Excellent attention, good treatment and efficient work. Especially Mrs. Jessica Chenique. He is very kind, bilingual and knows what he does very well. What you cannot achieve in another bank in America you can achieve in this one. I recommend it 100%.
