I went into the store and waited a few minutes in line to be able to ask about a game at the register. As the gentleman was helping and looking up my game, the phone rang, he answered it, and continued to help the person on the telephone while I stood and waited. He then looked up items in the computer and walked over to another shelf to assist the customer on the phone and left me (the one in person) standing there still waiting. I have worked customer Service for years and the customer in person always comes before the customer on the telephone. I just the store.

The manager that is in there is a complete prick. I guess he doesnt like it when people try to go in and get deals or use their points. I asked him if I could use my available points he said I had 2000 but to not use any of them. He also said that I could not change my email. Thats on file thats linked to the account that I have to call the 800 number. I will definitely be taking my business to the Evansville mall location. They are friendly and actually helpful I guess dude was having a bad day
