Tucker agent Kevin Axsom was our realtor both as buyers and sellers. He helped us find and purchase the perfect home for us, and quickly sell our former home. He was great!

Gretchen Ballard was wonderful through our first-time home buying process. She was so helpful and patient with us as we navigated this new chapter in our lives.

If Carol McClintock has any good reviews on here they have to be from employees or from her making fake accounts, they'd be faker than her fake smile she throws on before she bends you over to shove one home. We was looking to move to Evansville and was referred to Carol she showed us a few houses that my wife looked up and was interested in then she showed us one she had that was going to come up for sale that was in trust. We won the highest bid on the house (we had ran into a lady at the hoa meeting that put in an offer for the house also and the offer to find out was way lower than what we paid! So that's where part of the bending over comes into place) Inspection came, Susan said we shouldn't ask for half of the stuff on the Inspection that it would sound pushy! They barely did any repairs. (BTW the inspector that Carol recommended said the ice maker on the fridge wasn't working because of manufacturing issues to contact manufacture, pulled the fridge out after we bought the house the water was shut off turned it on it started shooting water everywhere couldn't get it to stop, had to call a company out emergency right away to fix it! So don't go by the company she recommends apparently she has a deal going on with them. There's another part of the bending over) I tried to contact Carol while she house was pending waiting on loan to go through I got a text from Susan saying not to contact Carol anymore to contact her! So I guess once you say yes Carol is done. The day of closing the bank people was in one room and we was in another made me feel like I was on trial and they was the prosecution. When they entered Carol barely spoke to me or my wife like she was to good. She left the room and the one lady with the bank mentioned to my wife she used to work with Carol (it came back to me at that moment that Carol mentioned they never worked with that bank before) So I'm assuming they bent us over some more to get in good with that bank. We moved into the house about two months or so later I got a text from Susan saying the bank had recieved electric bills from the house and we need to pay and that we need to transfer it over immediately into our names. (We had everything electrical and water transferred over before we got the keys to the house) I told her this I was pretty much called a liar so I had to send her screenshots of the electric bill since the first we moved into the house. I never got a reply back from her so I messaged her back and she said it was just an older bill! No apoglize for accusing us of a crime or anything. I would not recommend Carol or her team whatsoever she might put on that rubber smile but she isn't here to help anyone nor is her team. I would live under a bridge before I bought a house with the help of Carol or her team again! She's bad for real estate and bad for Evansville and her and Susan I do not know how they sleep at night bending over an honest family just to help themselves look good. Instead of Team McClintock it should be called Team bend you over if you let us! Other than getting bent over in repairs Susan didn't want to help us try to negotiate with we do enjoy the house but sadly the slap in the face from Susan and Carol takes away the enjoyment of it. Love Evansville though. Before we purchased the house we did from Carol we made an offer on another house and lost out by $500! We was told after we lost out on that bid while looking at another house you can ask the real estate agent to go up on your behalf (she never told us this) guess she wanted someone else to have that house (who you know and I know one thing Carol isn't two face! Because if she was she'd be wearing the other one)
