We applied to rent a p home from this company just to be turned down. We went
Out
In bad weather to get the items we were told would be accepted as proof of what would work for application process . We werent told that the owner
Of the home wanted bank statements. So when I got call stating we were denied the home I asked questions and we were r called by the individual who originally showed us the house but by someone else . When he said we did t turn in what was needed I asked what was needed and it was another set of stuff we werent told we needed . So I explained to the gentleman who called what we were told and he said the ow er requested those items .
So this was a scam to get a $60 fee for a background check from us from this company and I do not recommend. Nobody can get u the correct info on items u need to rent from them . We been 5 years where we r and didnt need all that they claim the owner needed as supposedly the owner was talked to about everything and was
Ok with it in the beginning. Just a way to make money is the fee and then turn you down .
