If I could leave a negative rating, I would. I stopped to pick up an item that my father had purchased. I went into the Pickup location and gave them the name, and the item that I was picking up and the lady in the house advised me that the item that I needed to pick up was in the back shop. I walked out back to the building and approached a Sohn Associate and handed him my paperwork and asked him where my item was. He looked at his phone and told me that the item was in the loft. He handed me back my paperwork and walked away. I stood there for a little bit, thinking that he was going to get the item, but then, when I saw him standing next to a tractor on the main floor, I realized that he was not going to get it. When I asked him if I was supposed to go get the item, he replied back, yes. To get to the loft, you have to climb up through a skinny narrow ladder through a hole in the ceiling and carry your item down. At this time I had my one year old daughter on my hip and he expected me to climb the skinny narrow ladder with a baby and also bring my item down. When I told him that I was not comfortable climbing stairs with a baby and asked, if he would go get it, he sighed and turned around and went and got it. He was just, so hateful and rude. I was seriously shocked at how inconsiderate and rude he was. I have attached a picture of the stairs that they expected me to climb with a baby on my hip.
