The work was fine but the sales was disappointing. We had a quote ($11,500) insurance lined up and when work was about to start (day of) I received a higher total for completed work (roughly $13,000). When work was finally completed the actual total was a little over $15,000. Core acted like it was no big deal as it was all coming from the insurance company. But who pays the premium? I DO and when the insurance goes up, I'm the one affected. This just appears to be shady business with horrible communication and works directly with insurance company without involving the homeowner unless you demand to know what is happening.

This is a wonderful company we have used them for a variety of projects, they did a full kitchen remodel for us and they did a project where we opened up our family room! Very high quality work, did it in a timely fashion and were very reasonable! They are very easy to work with and we will be using them again! Wonderful company and great employees!
