Alex Zumbuhl is a fraud. He gave my husband and I bids on work he would do for our property (excavating, septic, driveway, etc). He received a check for $9000 to start this work through Clayton Homes and consistently told me the work was almost done; went to my property and you could tell it hadn’t been touched. We asked for our money back, and he wrote a fraudulent check 2x to our home dealership who paid him for him to do this work. They are currently taking legal action to get that money back (check his criminal history, because they aren’t the first to go after him for fraud either!). I would SERIOUSLY be hesitant in approaching him for any work, let alone paying him beforehand. If you do, make sure to have a signed contract, because you will need it in court ultimately when he scams you. Luckily, I have all of my texts with him and a contract for documentation, so I will definitely be going after him myself for the emotional grievance and delay his thieving has put on us moving into our new home. I have so much more I could say, but ultimately BEWARE!

the worst hack of a contractor EVER! our siding has to be completely removed to fix his incompetence. and he , of course, didnt back up his work, fix anything, or even finish the job. still pieces missing. HACK! FRAUD!

Ive contacted Alex on two separate occasions to have some work completed on a project Im doing. Both times he told me he would meet me at the house and we set a time. He didnt show either time, didnt answer phone calls, nor did he respond to texts. Why set an appointment if youre not going to show or even have the courtesy to answer a call or text? I cannot speak on the work because hes yet to follow through on a meeting but what I can say is this is no way to conduct business and he lacks professionalism and follow through. Dont waste your time.

I contacted a Craigslist add and Alex Zumbuhl came out to my house and gave me an estimate. The total came to $3,840. Alex Zumbuhl claimed he was the owner of the company and he requested a down payment of $1,700. I paid him and I haven't seen him since. He messaged me via text saying he spent my money on his bills instead of building supplies for the job I paid for and we had a written contract. I just filled fraud charges against him plus he will now have to appear in small claims court. This Alex knowingly stole from a disabled man. I explained to him it's taken me almost five years to save that money up but he didn't care. This isn't his first fraud case against him either for scamming homeowners out of their hard earned money. I wound not recommend him to do anything. He's absolutely a worthless thief that has no issues robbing the disabled of their money.

I own and Operate an Outstanding Company. Anyone that has said or is saying otherwise never had work of anykind done by us now or ever and that is probably why they want to be hateful towards this business
