Why would you have to shut down the pharmacy for 30 minutes for the whole fully staffed pharmacy techs to eat lunch when half of you could stay working and the other half could go to lunch and then alternate? It's bad enough y'all are closed by the time I get off my minimum wage job. Use those whatever brains you have after blinding me with a laser to figure out a better strategy

I've used CVS for my prescriptions for years now. I am changing to another pharmacy with a different company. The last time I went to drop off a prescription, I was treated exceptionally rudely by a heavy set guy who said he was Kyle. He snatched my paperwork from me and told me since I wanted to wait that it's going to be an hour to an hour and a half to get 10 pills filled that were non narcotic, just anti nausea meds. It was bad enough that I didn't even go pick them up. I have about 10 or so prescriptions I get filled every couple of weeks or month and I've been a loyal customer for years until this last straw. CVS in Evansville is trash regardless of which store you choose. Go to Lincoln if you want the employees to follow you around trying to hurry you through the store, or the west side and they are just so rude you never want to go back. Thanks Kyle! I pray Jesus comes into your heart. Anyone who is that upset all the time has problems and I'm not sure he wasn't on something himself.

Probably THE worst pharmacy Ive ever been at. I come to pick up a prescription that was to be ready today. Get here and was told I needed to call it in first. Its not ready. It was called in last month for pickup today. Not hard, right? WRONG!! Now mind you I had to stand at the counter for several minutes before the large girl who is sitting there doing everything else but waiting on customers, acknowledges me rudely. This is NOT the first time Ive dealt with her. She was rude last month when I was here and she was doing the same this time. I leave and come back an hour later to pick it up and guess what? Its not ready. So here I sit waiting on them to fill it. According to them, theyre expediting it. What? Another effin hour. Dont do business here same your time and your sanity by going elsewhere. This place is a effin joke.

Extremely rude pharmacist. Had a question about medicine availability over the phone and when I wasnt sure about something the woman on the other end laughed and hung up on me. I know theres two sides to every story and she couldve been having a bad day, but if you are going to work in a medical field you should maybe be willing to answer medical questions? Edit: apparently the question was valid because another person picked up when I called back he was able to help and answer within 1 minute. Added a star for that guy lol
