Didnt have a delivery driver so I got offered a refund. Havent gotten a refund a week later, called and got a polite woman but a guy in the background was cussing and talking about all the calls because a lot of people arent getting their refunds. I asked for his information since he was cussing at me and she hung up. Called again and asked for whoever I was talking to then got hung up on again. Called again they hung up when it connected. I had a lot of problems at this one and come back every few months then get let down. This one needs to close and fire all their rude employees. Because if I had half a mind I would go up there and smack all of them for being rude.

Had it delivered. It did take an hour to be delivered, but it was lunch time. My first bite had a hair in it so I couldn't even eat my lunch.

Terrible service. I pulled up to the drive-thru speaker and waited for quite a while only to have the employee tell me they werent taking any new orders. When I asked if that meant I should come inside, the employee said no, they still werent taking any new orders. I thought they were supposed to be fast? I will not be visiting this location again.

We were in the store last night to eat. We stood at the counter for 5 minutes before being acknowledged. Then they told us that we couldn't order because they had to shred lettuce. We weren't even going to get lettuce on our sandwiches. We ended up leaving and going somewhere else for dinner.
