        Service was great. Little girl at front desk is a gogetter. Worked front desk, cleaned our table, took drink orders, swept floor. All with a smile.

        So disappointing.... nothing like the old Shyler's. The service was the worst of the worst. Waited 20 mins just to put in our drink order. Then another hour and 10 mins for our food that only came because we asked another server to check on it for us. Then the food was cold and small portions, not the advertised 9oz dinner portion at all and a side item was missing. By this time we were just done with this place and wanted to leave. The prices have increased and believe me, you do not get what you pay for here.

        This is probably my favorite BBQ joint. I was so upset when it closed for a while after burning down, but it is in a new location with the same great food. Try the ribs!
