        Lady at the door was rude. Told her I didn't even want to talk to her. This place definitely isn't what it was in the early 2000s. Guy that helped Me was decent. But it's like they have 0 tech skills. I was on the phone for 2 1/2 HRS with vzw techs. Verizon reps, techs & management definitely needs to step their game up!!!!
