        They seem to have decided to delete all the most recent reviews so Im reposting mine: They charge a convenience fee for paying rent online and then make paying the rent online the only way you can pay for it.

        A friend of mine lives here. I have visited the property multiple times its always clean and quiet. She loves living there and is always happy coming onto the property and not seeing trash and debris that used to be scattered around.
