        Rent is ridiculous.. Windows leak... Doors don't seal.. Floors are warped... HVAC is ancient.. $250 electric bills.. Hallways are filthy... Police seem to be on premise quite often. Alot of questionable tenants... Can't wait to move... Really went down hill in 3 years.. Office staff are wonderful but their hands are tied by corporate... Please don't waste your money... also contact PMR Properties in Lousville with complaints... 12:15 March 16th and people are running up and down the stairs moving into an apartment in the middle of the night... Police have been here twice this week... turning into the south side of Evansville..
