    One of the worst renters experiences I have had so far. When I moved in four years ago there was no one who walked through the place with me, the carpet was stained, and the previous tenant had a pet who marked everywhere. My apartment had termites which they told me I wasnt termites but the foundation settling and then took weeks to come out and fix it even when I told them I had live bugs coming out of the walls above my head. They didnt even warn me when letting Swat into my apartment to fix it. I had 3-4 issues in 4 years with pipes leaking for various reasons and was made to feel uncomfortable by maintenance talking about how lucky I was mister talk dark and handsome was there and how he was single. My air filters were never changed timely and I was constantly having issues with spiders and bugs. There has been consistent dog crap all over the grounds for the last four years, dimly lit parking lots, the fences bordering the property are constantly broken with people walking through them and the grass is infested with fleas. The pool was closed most of last summer and we received no compensation. Then when I had to relocate with my significant other due to the military they didnt have me sign any paperwork for leaving and gauged me out of hundreds of dollars in damage,, cleaning, and repair fees, some of which sounds like things they broke along the way; however, I wouldnt know because they didnt do any type of checklist with me for leaving or explain any of what they wanted to charge me. I wish you the best of luck if you go with this place, but you get what you pay for, they are difficult to work with or make repairs to your place, and then theyll charge you outrageously with no explanation as to why.

    I love being a part of this apartment complex community! I have lived here for the last 3 years and I've had no issues! They do things for their residents a lot throughout the year! The office staff is super helpful and very nice! Maintenance is fast and helpful when it comes to any apartment issues!

    Lived here for about 2.5 years. Quality has dramatically declined, and prices have dramatically risen (I pay $150 more each month than when I first moved in, yet the quality of the complex has gone down). Laundry room is hardly functional (dryer door FELL on my friend, machines take your $2 but wont start, dryers do not fully dry clothes). Took them well over a month to just finish PAINTING the hall area of my building. Lock to my neighbors door literally broke. I do not recommend moving here. Will be moving out as soon as possible.

    This is the place my parents lived because they were looking for house then they head to move out because they found the house they count speak English that well they went inside clean everything but this are the charge they have to pay for fexing stuff like some of this stuff dont make sense what kind of place charge 50 dollars to repair small hole. Door stop cose 5 dollars they charge to time for clean carpet 75 dollars first time then 100 to clean it aging window blinds cost 150 dollars for them I hope you dont stay in there mansion need to fixed your prices my friends . I will recommend everyone find other place to live worse than experience my parents head. They dont have any kind of management they dont care about your service they just want there money.

Despite our diligent efforts to keep everything working in proper order at all times, occasional maintenance issues may arise. We strive to address all maintenance issues in a timely manner and for issues to be resolved quickly and properly the first time. Regarding the fees associated with the premature termination of your lease, it appears there may be some misunderstanding. As the sole leaseholder for the apartment and not being an active member of the military, your lease agreement stipulated a notice period of 45 days prior to vacating the apartment. In your lease agreement, the early termination fee for moving out prior to your lease end date was outlined clearly. Additionally, upon notification of your intent to vacate, a move-out checklist including estimated cleaning and damage charges was provided to ensure transparency in the process.We value your feedback and would appreciate the opportunity to address any further concerns you may have. Please feel free to reach out to our on-site Community Manager, and we will gladly assist you in resolving any outstanding issues. We are so sorry your parents didn't have a good experience after moving out. At move in and again when the notice to leave the apartment is given, we provide a written breakdown of the cost of any repairs our team has to make due to damage caused during a resident's lease term. This is so residents can be prepared to make the repairs on their own, or so they will know what fees to expect. It sounds like we didn't do a good enough job explaining the move out procedures and fees, so we are sorry.
