Much better Post Office then the Goshen location. Elkhart office is much more receptive to pre-labeled packages and home based business drop offs. Goshen was very unprofessional regarding pre-labeled packages.

I had to edit the address on an undeliverable package but no one ever answered the phone for me to do so. I don't live in Elkhart but had a packaged delivered to someone who does. So, I figured they would just return it to sender. Nope!! I get a notification that the packaged was delivered,. To where? I dont know since I was never able to talk to someone in order to change the address. I have called multiple times with no answer.

I have a lost piece of CERTIFIED MAIL that the Elkhart post office was last in possession of and I am unable to get anyone to answer the phone to help me. I don't understand how they can lose a CERTIFIED PIECE OF MAIL when each location and person it comes in contact with is supposed to be documented the whole time!

They're not trying their best. Internet often down, lack of effort, don't answer the phone to deal with questions or issues so you have to visit the physical location. Should just close this location down and consolidate somewhere else. I have to pay for package intercept at the post office because drivers keep marking packages as undeliverable. Incredibly long delays on simple packages. Wish we could take the thousands of dollars going to this monstrous failure and give it to them homeless people that live outside. Even if they spent it all on crack it would be a better use of tax dollars.
