Booked the room specifically to swim, after paying for room with no refunds or cancellation, they THEN informed me that the pool was out of service! JACUZZI in room was disgusting.

Had a room with a jacuzzi tub and it is disgusting
Wanted to relax in the jacuzzi tub but after filling it and turning on the jets the pics show what was in the tub after I drained it because I saw much stuff floating. They do not clean the tubs at all.
Bed is uncomfortable and definitely needs updating.
Staff was very friendly

2024/-Well umm Its not comfortable. Too many hotels in this circle to not have proper guess amenities accessible. The pool is not accessible by room key they lock it so you must find someone to open
It. Same for Fittness room. And the rooms have a sheer curtain with pretend curtains that dont actually close so sheet curtains that can be seen through, no privacy. Also no working Hotub despite it still being advertised.
