        As I was depositing money I had a line of about 3 people waiting behind me in the cold.. When I finished, one lady very rudely said how about giving somebody else a chance I kindly explained to her that the bank forced me to use the outside ATM or else they charge me a fee. I told her I was sorry but I already spoke with them and Im being forced to use the ATM otherwise Im charged for using the tellers or drive-thru. I asked her not to be mad at me but to be mad at the bank because I was only following their procedure. Chase bank forces me to use the ATM causing an inconvenience not only to me, but to their other patrons.
