I would like to give negative stars. I came here at 10 am. appointment was at 11 am, it's 3 pm now so far they haven't touched my trailer yet. When I went inside to inquire about my load. They told me I can be loaded before 6pm. I am here to pick up only 8 skids. They need to hire some immigrants to work inside. So I guess I have to wait here 7 hr for 8 skids. I am going to put my 8 hr off here. Request to admins. Please look at the internal issue with the employee or system. I just lost my next trip, also $ 2000 because they r not very serious about job and other ppl life. Try to avoid this place, truckers, unless you plan to do your 8 hr sleep here. The only one good thing is that there is lots of place to sleep. I'm not coming back here. I don't know how they are still opretional. This place should be closed. What's the point of appointment if it takes more than 7 hr. Today, I am not the only one, there is 6 more trucks waiting 8 hr before me... I guess they all lose at least $ 1000 just coming here. Very bad place on my list so far since year 2001
