I called and told laced an order for 20 gallons of paint. I was told 30 minutes and it will be ready for pickup. I show up 35 minutes later. Nobody is at the counter. Everyone was in the back. When they did come up they helped the guy that came in after me first. Then when he starts looking for my paint he tells me that they havent even tinted it yet. Now Im sitting in my car waiting and losing time on the job.

The friendly associates at Sherwin-Williams have always been helpful. They have always been able to answer my questions and steer me in the right direction. Definitely a place to go if you're a first time homeowner looking to make some updates with paint or wallpaper!

This is such an amazing SW store!! My husband and I purchased a new home that we wanted to update with new paint. Every time I went to the store I was quickly assisted and offered help with everything I needed to get the job done right from paint color selections, to finding chips/peel and sticks, to even finding a painter who I love! I couldn't be more grateful for the amazing customer service I received. I highly recommend purchasing the paint swatch with all the colors for just about $12. I will always come here for paint.
