Misty has completed our taxes for the last several years. She is thorough and finalizes our taxes as we await. We have never had any issues.

Would give ZERO stars if allowed!! My husband filed at this location , the lady filing his taxes had no idea what she was doing! She said he owed a grand to state , which I knew wasnt the case! I told her that cant be right she assured me she was correct. Fast forward a couple of days , they call and inform us the irs rejected his taxes and that he indeed didnt owe state but was getting back almost 700$ . Well fast forward almost two months , he still hasnt received his state refund, we call the Indiana state revenue and find out they have never filed state. Call call and call some more to the store nobody answers or calls back. Keep going up there , and they are never there and theres always a note on the door. Finally I go there and someone is there , but with a new born baby . Apparently the worker had her grand baby with her, because her daughter had to work. Well your at work too! Baby was distracting her and nothing was getting solved . She tried to call Toyna and nothing . Call another location for a month and nothing still. Im now trying to get back my filing fees that were like 800$, were now going on 3 months and he still hasnt received his state. I would not I mean NOT Recommend going to this location to get your taxes done ! Tonya is rude unprofessional ! Oh yeah and to top it off my husband left a review on here and she immediately called him to go off on him for leaving that review. But she could never call back to answer questions or let us know whats going on!
