My 1st time using Jackson Hewitt also my last time because if it were not for your new customer promotion, I would have been charged $408 to do my very simple tax return. That is half of what I'm expecting to get back. 408 is more than double what I paid last year. H&R Block charged me $160 last year. Your prices are ridiculous
