Rooms: Nice rooms, comfy bed, great shower. Safety: Well lit area and safe! Food & drinks: Breakfast was delicious.

The blond haired "MANAGER" needs to be removed from her position IMMEDIATELY! She was so rude and unprofessional! I will be following up on this review and telling EVERYONE I know not to come to your location. THE MOST TERRIBLE MANAGER I HAVE EVER CAME ACROSS! HANDS DOWN!

Not quite the Hampton Inn we expected. Appears to have been bought out from another brand or a very old Hampton. Entire building, and particularly the room had a smell to it. Not horrid, but the HVAC isn't dehumidifying properly, or linens are being tainted in the wash. Locations was semi-convenient. Just off the interstate but through a run down residential area with roads that appear to have been under construction for a while- torn up asphalt and fill rock lined the edge of the road. Parking was on the other side of the building, away from the houses/apartments and was well lit. The frontage road has more direct access if you enter from one exit to the north near Walmart/Sam's fuel station. Staff was friendly upon our arrival/departure. Breakfast crew was still getting things set out as we left (breakfast opens at 6 and we were a bit early) but they still let us grab a muffin and make a plate of what was already set out, which we appreciated very much. Rooms: Room(s) has a smell to them. Nothing appeared dirty or soiled, but it didn't feel up to the usual Hampton Inn experience. Safety: Nearby residential area has lots of foot traffic and is crowded. Recommend driving in from one more exit to the north, near Walmart, and following the frontage road back to the hotel to avoid the residential area.
