Just like any McDonald's check your bag before you leave to make sure everything is right and there. I can't really give it a bad review because I know 1st hand good help is hard to find and when your hiring kids that have never worked ANYWHERE it has to be nerve racking. But the managers do make up for it. They will make it right or at least you'll get your next meal for free

The folks on first shift have always been so kind and honest with me...coffee strength is important! Charlestown has some of the best kinda folks you could ever have the pleasure of meeting and McDonald's helps bring them all together for a quick bite and coffee in the A.M.
I have to commend the staff on first shift, once again they have went above and beyond in service and kindness. They are such a hard-working group of folks and they make everyone who comes through the door feel welcomed, right at home kinda feelings. Charlestown McDonald's will always reign supreme due to the staff there!
