Weve been here several times, a few issues with missed items on orders early on after they opened. No complaints with ordet completion recently.

The food was good but the employees are extremely rude and they forgot multiple things we asked for and when we asked we had to go back in the line which was long and one employee had us waiting at the window because she forgot to tell us to pull up to the second window and had an attitude when she told us to pull up. We ended up leaving with stuff still missing and the only good part was the crispy fries.

Ordered breakfast and they asked to pull forward, where we waited 15 minutes. Order was wrong, so I paid 2.50 for a dog treat. They said I could come back tomorrow, but how does that help now-and we live out of town, so it would cost more in gas to return--which I'll Not be doing anytime soon .

I ordered with the kiask. They missed some of the order and I had to ask for drinks that were on the order.

Extremely inefficient. One drive up lane moves 2X faster than the other(?). Then they forget ordered items by the time you get to the pickup window.
