My second time using Best One. The first time they replaced my starter in a few hours for like $300 which was amazing. This time they weren't able to fix the issue and referred me to a transmission shop but they waved the diagnostic fee. Next time I need a mechanic I'll be going here.

There aren't enough words in the English language to convey my thanks and gratitude to Best One in Carmel. They gained my loyalty years ago with their honest business practices, and today, that was reaffirmed to me. They always, ALWAYS, look out for my best interests and I won't take my vehicle anywhere else if they can do the work. Thank you guys, you have a loyal customer here and I will be back!

This is truly "the BEST" for tire service. I first stopped in here when my spare tire had gone flat. I did not have an appointment, but Matt happily took care of me right away. I have since purchased tires and had pressure checked before a road trip. No matter how busy they are, Brett, Matt and the entire crew are always happy to help.
