        Josh was wonderful. Very knowledgeable and explained everything very well before doing anything. I liked that he gave us two quotes for the easy way and the more complicated way. I will definitely keep their number close.

        I had a clog in my plumbing on a Saturday. I called Zoom Drains. The customer service I received from the manager to the owner to the dispatched tech, Joe, was superb. Upon arrival, Joe was professional, upfront, kind and knowledgeable about what he was doing. He took the time to explain what he saw, what it meant, offer preventative measures and stayed until he was certain my issue was resolved. The added bonus was they do not charge a separate fee just to come out and no added charge for the Saturday service. I highly recommend Zoom Drains. Service: Drain cleaning

        Big thanks to Josh our tech today. Were facing a random sewer smell that comes and goes at random times. He throughly went through the house, we talked at length through the issue and provided some drain cleaning. Best thing there was no pressure to buy this or buy that service.
