        Kitchen sink plugged up. Was referred to Zoom by a plumber I like. The scheduler was nice, especially when I needed to push the job back later in the day. I had Josh & Justin out. Josh told me about the options, like a menu of what they can do. I chose the basic cleaning and could upgrade if that didn't solve it. But it did so it was the lowest priced option. I had this drain cleaned a couple years ago and believe Zoom did a more thorough job than the company before. I would recommend them.

        This company is very transparent and they don't charge for diagnosis. This is a business model every business should follow because it instills trust in the company, and good word will spread about these types of companies. Josh was excellent and fun to talk to. They will be getting any plumbing business I need in the future.
