It's so difficult to pay your bill with this company. I could not get consistent bills, could not get answers to billing questions. I had not heard from them in over 6 months only to find my small balance had been sent to collections. Great clinical service, deplorable customer service and business management.

Times like these, you wish you could do 0 stars. This place has been terrible to work with and after 3 times calling in and being told to ignore the statement amount due to incorrect billing, they have now turned us over to their law firm for collections. If you can avoid using this service, do so by all means necessary.

2nd review- Called 8/9/22 as requested I faxed EOB where processed by insurance 2/22/22 as of today (8/18) when calling still showing a balance due from me for $700, absolutely no sense of urgency to resolve my issue. It has now been faxed for the second time. My insurance company has now been contacted as well, I've been informed they will be contacting them directly. 1st Review -Although my experience with the anesthesiologist for my surgery was good, the billing department is awful. I recieved a bill for $700 twice, I had an EOB from my insurance where it had been processed and I owed nothing. I called the "billing" department was told my insurance had been billed for this service (January) and since they had not heard back someone had to be responsible so that is why it was sent to me for payment. I asked if there had been any follow up with my insurance, she said no. I really feel as though this is almost a scam, be very careful watching your bills. Some people would get these bills and pay without hesitation. I clearly understand someone needs to be responsible, however the part when I asked if there had been any follow up with my insurance is what I find very upsetting. It was processed weeks ago with insurance prior to sending both bills. If they had called my insurance company for follow up on processing/payment it would have been quickly resolved and I would have never known there was an issue. Be very cautious when being referred to this group when it comes to billing.

My daughter had surgery 9 months ago and I updated ALL info including photo copies of IDs and insurance cards and updated billing address etc! They sent us to collections after NEVER sending us a bill! If they had sent me a bill they would have received their money. Come to find out, they were sending bills to an address my husband lived at like 25 years ago! We updated all info before the surgery so there is absolutely no excuse. After seeing all of these reviews I can see that company is an absolute joke! The woman on the phone that I finally got through to said Well, I see we tried calling you last September once and it went to voicemail. My husband and I have never received a voicemail from them. The collections agency told me that they were given our current and correct address from Northside Anesthesia and they contacted us right away.Im not sure how they can give the correct address to collections, but were sending statements to an incorrect address. Clearly this place is unorganized!
