Recently I was referred to IMCU on Old Meridian Road. First experience dealing with a credit union. i met Shannon Taylor the branch manager. She is definetly on the ball. Shannon puts the customer first. Sitting across the desk from her. I felt totally comfortable! Shannon has the knowledge & expertise for the best product that will help the customer. Shannon is very good in corresponding. Keeps you in the loop. For having a big responsibility. Shannon is herself. She is the real deal. It was very refreshing to meet Shannon! Laid back, great sense of humor, great listener, a talented multi tasker. Hats off to the person who hired Shannon Taylor! They must be a genius! Shannon Taylorgod bless you my friend! You run a great ship! Part of the building is being remodeled. Shannon is supervising that too! Great work ethic. Last but not least. I think of her as a friend.
