BOB - Is incredibly rude. Just an awful person to deal with. He was condescending, refused to listen, and interrupted constantly when I tried talk at all. I told him to stop interrupting me so I could ask a question and he promptly hung up on me. Good luck with this place.

I have been contacted by the same guy for a few years now. He calls us non stop everyday 3 times a day. My phone automatically falls it as spam and blocks the calls. The few times I have been able to contact them I have been cussed at called a liar and told I need to give them the money now or else. Saying they have every legal right to contact as often as they do. This is a lie and they are breaking the law and harassing people. They have been reported to the better business bureau and anyone who can do the same should.

Frankly I can't understand how this place is still operating with their incredibly rude associates. Witham Hospital is absolutely horrible for using them as their debt collector.
