Ive lived here for a year and a half. My apartment has been completely remodeled and has all new appliances. Hardwood floors except for bedrooms are really nice. I have a dishwasher and garbage disposal which is nice. There is a small playground for the kids. Small laundry room is available on site. There is s as bus stop around the corner which is convenient although my son chooses to walk for quick trips to Dollar General. Saving the best for last we have the best apartment manager ever. Ive heard so many horror stories about income-based housing that simply dont apply here. I asked for my apartment to be sprayed after getting some things from storage and the guy was here the next day. I had a list of small repairs I needed done and the guy was here in two business days. Of washers or dryers dont work in the laundry there immediately repaired. If your income level drops the manager works with you to get your rent dropped as quickly as possible. All in all a great place to live.
