        Who owns this place?and why don't they ever fix anything the elevators are always broke and the flooding is continue to get worse at this place? If anybody knows who owns this place please respond something needs to be done here!!!?! This is a government subsidized housing low-income apartments and the government needs to do something about getting stuff fixed around here
