While the store appears well organized and ran, at face-value, I advise that you leave any expectations of competence, integrity or even the slightest degree of customer service at the door. I have visited this store five times over the course of ten months. Every visit, aside from one when purchasing two apple watches has been a complete and utter disappointment. My initial account was setup incorrectly, by a sales rep Madison- who couldn't figure out how to correct her mistake (added an additional uneeded line) with the help from her(at the time,store manager) who suggested that I just pay the access fee over the course of the contract(36 months). I naturally, asked him if he was willing to hand me 360.00 dollars for no reason. He unfortunately was not prepared to do that, yet expected it from me. A quick trip to the East side store and about 10min with Ishan(sp?) And the mistake was corrected. Yesterday we went in to upgrade my son's iPhone for his birthday, I unfortunately ended up working with Madison again. Madison stated that the information that AT&T had been sending me (an early upgrade offer for my son's phone) was not accurate. I logged into my AT&T account so she could see word for word, what was sent to me. It was no concern to her. She acknowledged zero concerns of mine, as she continued to move forward with what she thought was the best plan. As an individual who has spent most of their career in sales, I can tell that Madison's strong suite does not lie in sales or customer service. My son and I exited the store before Madison had the chance to wreak havoc on our account again. We headed across town to the East side store where the same gentleman who had fixed Madison's previous mistakes, once again saved us as customers. He quickly and professionally assisted us with our upgrade. His sales and customer service acumen were top-class. We also added his suggested accessories. He was patient, listened to our concerns, and addressed them. Little does he know, we were moments away from switching all 3 lines back to Verizon. Ishan, is an asset to AT&T and it's customers. He could probably make a career out of simply cleaning up the West side location's mistakes. 5 stars for the East side location in the mall, but I struggle to give even 1 star to the West side location.
