Excellent customer service at this store! They were extremely helpful and fixed the problem between my Apple Watch and my IPhone. I highly recommend their services! Kudos to Brad who dealt with my issue for four hours and stayed after closing until it was fixed!

Order form somewhere else! I placed an order on 4/10 with my receipt saying that the order should ship in 2-4 days ( shipping should have been 4/15 at the latest) but my iPad Air was on backorder. I reached out (4/14) because I wasn't sure if my backordered item would hold up the in stock items and was told (4/15) that my order was allocated but there was a delay in shipping 2-3 days which would make my shipping date now 4/19 at the latest. I asked on 4/18 if they meant my whole order or if the iPad was still on backorder. Response (4/18) was that NOTHING on my order was allocated but the apple watch was the only thing in stock. I asked (4/18) for them to double check that since that's not the original information that I received. On 4/19 they responded that my order was allocated and all items were in stock except the Apple Pencil and that there was still a 2-3 day delay (which pushed my shipping date to 4/22) but that they were expecting all orders to ship on Saturday 4/23. It's now Tuesday 4/26 and I still do not have a shipping confirmation. Their response was "we do not have a guaranteed shipping date at this time, but our current best estimate is that orders will go out within the week.". So now I have no idea what's going on with my order or what will ship if it will ever ship at all. I am disappointed and frustrated that I can't get any clear communication on what is actually allocated for my order and when I can expect it to ship.
