The banks online system failed, and its phone reps told me I could quickly visit a branch to resolve the issue. After a half hour passed, I was told the wait wasnt excessive. As I left, I was told I should be happy that they take security so seriously that I had to wait an hour for them to confirm my identity. It became a joke for my social circle. I also appreciated being offered a senior account then being told I wasnt old enough to qualify. Guess its time to try Just for Men hair dye before visiting the Rudeness Regions Bank.

Ive been a Regions customer since 1998 and doing business with this branch since 2012. Service has always been top notch, tellers super friendly, and I just love the layout of the online banking and app. I called today to find out about a refund from my credit card I hadnt received (honestly I probably threw the envelope away). Elizabeth Gonzales and Manger Angie Kidwell were both super helpful!
