Esther is very knowledgeable and passionate about taking care of her clients. Not only is she an expert on banking, she is so caring. It is hard to find someone as personable as Esther. Highly recommend

I tried to open an account there years ago. I opened one and went in a couple days later to make a deposit. My account was not functional and they called over the BRANCH MANAGER. It was an older woman who smugly told me my account couldn't be 'approved' and then LOUDLY asked me "IS YOUR SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER ########?" I replied NO. They had swapped 2 of the digits. If that HAD BEEN my SSN, the BRANCH MANAGER (not a new kid) had YELLED my SSN across the bank - where there were OTHER CUSTOMERS. I then got called into her office, we isolated the error, I was told it would then be OK for me to open an account with them- which naturally I DID NOT. Was the worst part having (what they thought to be) my SSN shared with everyone, being talked to as if it were ME who had made an error or was trying something sketchy, or being told that i would PROBABLY QUALIFY if I wanted to open a new account and make the deposit. Mistakes happen. Rude and stupid is an effort. Absolute trash.

We have our health savings account at Old National and we are so glad that we do. They are so kind and professional with every transaction. In the past we have used another location only because of close proximity to our home, but after my wife's positive experience with Esther, we are now going to be using this branch. Highly recommend anyone who needs a friendly banker to call Esther, or anyone who needs a place for their Health Savings to give them a call.

ONB is a solid player for mortgages, lines of credit, and all that jazz. Their team members know what they're doing, are efficient, and super helpful with any questions. Our mortgage loan officer, Amber, went so over the top for us she even showed up for closing (not required) in the middle of her vacation with some seriously lavish gifts. She's kept in touch to see how we're doing, along with another team member too, and they've made the whole process super easy. Any tech troubles we had they navigated for us, which I really appreciated. And this location is really convenient, especially since it has a parking lot. I've had the opportunity to have an annoying mortgagee and an excellent one, and happily, this one falls into the latter category. And they're local! So hooray for that.
