Leaving this review bc the maintenance team is amazing. I woke up to my water heater leaking everywhere and had to call emergency maintenance. They showed up quick and got the situation under control. The two guys that helped were Derek and KyJuan, thank you so much!!

We lived here for 3 years, and moved out a little over a year ago and honestly, we have nothing but good things to say about the place! It was very well priced for what we got; its farther from campus but honestly we looked at it as a good thing. Theres so much green space that with our dog, its very nice to have! The vaulted ceilings are definitely worth the extra money. The amenity centers at Bloom and Millennium were unlike anywhere else Ive seen in terms of space, specifically the gym. Thats one area I miss a lot! I felt safe in this area overall and the neighborhood is very well-lit at night. Especially with taking our dog out, that isnt always something you think about but is something we always look for now. Best piece of advice, if there is a problem that needs addressed, like anywhere else in the customer service industry, being respectful with staff does go a long way! We had a very good experience with the office staff and the manager there, and would definitely live here again.

I have had to contact the fire department because they utility closet (which houses the fire alarm for the whole complex) was left open and the wires were not attached and exposed. On top of this the dryer vent had not been installed correctly so it shot lint all over this room with exposed wires. There was also an empty cigarette packet in this room. I contacted management they did nothing until I contacted the fire department. I also had to contract the health department because there was mold in my vents and they were extremely dirty. The filters look like they hadn't been changed in years. I have pictures that Google review won't let me post currently. I reached out to them to let them know that they were putting people's lives at risk and they gave me snarky responses acting as if I was the problem. This was my latest email between myself and the Leasing Manager at the time. Leasing Manager after I requested to Renew: "I can make that renewal for sure! I will say Im a tad surprised that you would like to renew for another year, just with past communication it seems youve not been happy with our management. Catch ya on the flippity flop," My response: "Its less about being unhappy and more about being worried about the health of all the tenants. The vents being filled with mold could literally kill older tenants or kids with Covid. Also the fact that the utility closets have loose exposed wires in a room that is covered in flammable lint due to an incorrectly installed lint vent is insanely scary when you consider their are puppies and babies in these apartments that may not get out fast enough if a fire occurs and the alarm system doesnt work. Im just old and dont want people to get hurt due to the negligence of an apartment complex to provide the services they promise in their contract. But yes I still want to renew because of various complex life circumstances. Seriously none of these text have been sent as a personal attack but more so in fear of seeing what a failure in fire security and vent safety can cause on people in my community. Thanks for all the help." Anyways for the safety of your kids I would suggest a different apartment complex especially if they have any currently existing health concerns. I reached out to the health department but they just told me they couldn't help me. Best of luck.
