Weston's Appliance - Anderson

Great experience. I already knew exactly what features I wanted and I needed a new washer/dryer set within the week. They showed me 2 options they had immediately available and I was out the door in 15-20 mins. Delivery and service is not outsourced to a 3rd party, it is a Watson employee. He was prompt and did a great job as well. This location is a small store but they can pull inventory from their other larger locations. I will definitely use them again for my appliance needs.

I walked in the front door, never having been in the business. Was impressed with the way it looked. However, I had not got 10 feet inside the door and a guy behind a desk at the far end of the room. Ask him if I was looking for parts. I held up in the cord that I was wanting to get replaced That had been chewed up by his puppy and told him yes I was looking for something like that. He told me dont handle them, that was it didnt offer to give me any suggestions of where to go, I wasnt very nice, Ill never be back. I was impressed when I walked in and out when I walked out.
