Called first thing in the morning right after they opened to see if they had a washer part. The man on the phone said they had the part in store I could pick up same day for $100. The same part is on Amazon for $40 and could have been delivered next day through Amazon. HOWEVER, for convenience purposes I really needed to get the washer fixed ASAP so said I would be there to pick up the part right after work. The gentleman on the phone said great it would be there. All the kids are in sports and right now our schedule is very hectic between work, sports, and end of the school year stuff. About 4:15 pm I get told no they don't have the part in store and they have to order it. The man says he can have it next day as if that makes it better. I waited all day hoping to fix my washer same day like I was told. I was fine to pay the $100 to have this part same day as it is a quick fix. For convenience purposes I felt this made it worth the extra cost. However, I'm sure not gonna ORDER it for $100 through them when I can order it for $40 through Amazon and have it next day through Amazon. It's a rip off. If they didn't have it they should have just said so and that would have been fine. I could have looked elsewhere. Now here it is late and all other appliance parts stores are closed now so back to square one. Wasted time.

Hoppies was contracted by Hisense to do the warranty repairs on our refrigerator. Hoppies hands were tied as Hisense would only allow them to replace the parts that they would authorize and send out. We purchased our Hisense refrigerator from Lowes and it was the biggest piece of junk. After 3 service calls, Hoppies was helpful in convincing Hisense that their product was a lemon and I am currently getting a refund. Although it was a painful process, it was not Hoppies fault and they were helpful in taking care of us as best as Hisense would allow. They are responsive to calls and the tech even text back and forth with me through the process. He was quick, efficient, and friendly every time.
