Well can anyone tell me how is the apartments overhereyet? Do they go by income?

The apartment are on their last leg, Maintenance isn't a thing. Electrical tape is currently holding my shower walll together. it was one of their repairs. Recently there has Constantly been shooting going on so close it sounds like it's in the building. most of the Tenants seem ok, but this place lacks a clear plan, and moreimportanly then that neither the buildings nor the environment is safe. The rent has gone up theses places average about 800 a month and your lucky if you get an apartment worth that. I've lived here for 7 years and it has gotten worse every year. This place lacks leadership. It's almost like they are waiting for it to fall apart then turn it into something else like our rent money is their short ticket. I'm planning my escape, But I wouldn't advise moving here unless you absolutely have to, with these guns firing off I would steer clear of the the east side all together.

Not Real kept up,and there is no level floor apartments either have to go downstairs or upstairs so it's not good for people that are in wheelchairs confined to wheelchairs.
