Larry is an amazing person, kid friendly, definitely is good at his job he got a beautiful two bedroom super fast and my kids love him 10/10 definitely recommend coming here. Been there for about 4-5 months now and love it still

Definitely one of the best places Ive ever lived. Very clean and reliable people. Maintenance is reliable and efficient. Price isnt bad at all. My neighbors are very respectable. Definitely recommend

My boyfriend lives here and Larry and the maintenance team are amazing! Theyre a very responsible well organized complex and I really like how the property manager Larry keeps things at the apartment complex fun including contests and raffles for the tenants to include in! 10/10 stars

Larry has been very helpful helped me out when I had to move without notice and was so willing to work with me. He always checks in with me to make sure Im doing okay and everythings okay with the apartment. The maintenance men here are very sweet! I had giant boxes that Amazon left down stair and they helped me carry them up! The apartment is really nice for starting out on your own and growing!

I had to move back to Anderson due to a personal emergency family matter. A family member told me about Giant Oaks Apartments. I went there to check it out and That's where I met Larry Savage in person. I told him of my emergency situation and within 24 hours he had shown me a unit and had me approved to get in. I'm grateful that he was able to help me out and from my POV he's been fair with me. And that's all I ask. I also feel like he's running a drama free yet safe apartment complex. To me that's extremely important since I have 3 children who stay with me.
