1st time: 2020 (pre-pandemic). Sat on my insurance claim for a week & forgot to send estimate over to insurance company. I had to call a second time and just do it for them.
2nd time: 2023. Sat on my insurance claim for several weeks this time and forgot to send estimate over to the insurance company. I had to call and do it for them... again..
Being this is the case, this second time I will be taking my business and getting the repair done else-where. If the front office cannot do a simple job properly, how can I trust that they will submit paperwork properly for parts & service without "forgetting" to do things.. There is not a lot of room for incompetence in the world of business. Service: Body & Trim
