        I needed help cleaning my battery terminals. With with no hesitation, a nice worker came to help me. He disconnected them and cleaned them really well. He was very nice and understanding. It was really appreciated. Having customer service without a person buying anything really says alot about the people O'Reillys chooses to represent their company. Thank you again.

        Richard was phenomenal! He was at the end of his shift and did everything he could to go above and beyond to make sure I was well taken care of. Will only be using OReilly for auto needs because of Richards helpfulness.
