      image I ordered food online. When I arrived at the store, my takeout had been taken away by others. The store said that it was not responsible and the customer would bear the loss

      image I placed an order and immediately after realized it was at the wrong store I called 10 times when the guy finally answered who refused to cancel the order, so now I'm being charged for something I was way to far away to get to. Yet he sat there arguing and refusing to refund my order or to help. This was so unprofessional, I have the proof that he didn't answer anytime I called until 6:19pm and I had been calling since 6:05 pm. I refuse to be gas lit by anyone especially someone with absolutely no common sense to not argue with a guest because at the end of the day the guest is the reason you get a paycheck with out the guest your bussiness wouldn't run. I'm disgusted!
