I came in today with a chronically stiff neck and back, and I left with a drastic improvement in both from a single visit. I like the approach Dr. Lederman takes combining adjustments and therapeutic exercises. His website is easy to navigate and allows you to create a profile and quickly schedule appointments without the typical headaches that most often accompany scheduling any doctor appointments.

I start going to Dr. Lederman and his wife approximately 6 weeks ago. Before going, I suffered a constant pain in both my upper/mid back and lower back. The pain was so bad, I had issues turning at the torso and bending properly. This even affected my ability to get back into the gym. As of today, I'm am pain free compared to when I first arrived. Dr. Lederman and his wife Amy both have a great approach and appreciation for their clients. Their techniques of adjusting, stretching, and strengthening are spot on. They are also not like the big company style chiropractic centers who just want to crack you, tell you that's it, then pressure you into unnecessary add-ons. I will continue to see them for my future adjustments, as well as if I encounter any future issues due to my line of work.

I had a very positive experience using Lederman Chiro to treat my nagging hip issues. Jonathan is very thorough and has a wonderful approach to the patient. Highly recommended.

Dr. Lederman doesnt just crack your back and have you come back for months at a time. He helps you develop targeted exercises to relieve and slowly improve the problem area. He is honest and when he thinks youve made real improvement, he recommends switching over to maintenance mode instead of stringing you along with more weekly visits.
