Nova Chiropractic Rehabilitation Acupuncture

I first came to Nova in Dec. 2021 having issues with my knee and was unable to run like I used to. Prior to visiting Nova in early 2021 I had knee surgery and the rehab didn't go well. It felt like the muscles weren't "firing right" to get good fluid movement. Dr. Steve used dry needling to turn the muscles on and get them activated properly. Through a few visits I was running normally again. In 2022 I was able to run a half marathon, the NYC Marathon and just over 1000 miles. Dr. Steve listens to what is wrong and determines the best course of treatment for that specific issue. Not just a routine adjustment and out the door you go. I've gone back several times for maintenance and other more minor issues.

Dr. Steve is great. He really cares about his patients. He is considerate of my pain and needs during visits. He doesn't just start cracking and popping you. He is very knowledgeable and kind. I'm thankful that I finally found someone who can help with my chronic lower back pain.
