Westmont Village Apartments

Weve been without a washing machine in our building for 2 weeks now. We pay $300 more in rent and have to go to a laundromat outside the apartment complex and not have a working washing machine. When will this get fixed? Very unhappy!

Maintenance took a day to get to us but they had handled our leaking sink issue nicely without any problems. :)

My boyfriend and I have lived at this apartment complex for almost 2 years now, and the one thing that has stayed consistent is how great the maintenance team is. Specifically the gentleman who 9/10 times is responding to our work orders and his name is Ryan Strauss. Anytime we put a work order in whether it be for a broken closet, issue with the toilet, light fixture needing to be replaced, or any other matter- Ryan has been diligent, effective, and on top of whatever we need. Having care for our own space is something we highly value and when it comes to seeing the on site maintenance team doing the same to ensure we are getting that care for our apartment makes us like living here that much more. There have also been times weve had to contact the emergency maintenance number for our toilet issue and Ryan and team were fast and efficient at getting it fixed so we didnt have any future issues. Aside from maintenance being a strong suit of this complex- the area is great, well kept up with when it comes to having the lawn mowed and having the amenities kept up with as well. The pool and fitness centers were always clean and there were times I was there while they were keeping up with the cleaning during the week to ensure nothing is out of place or overlooked. This is also a very dog friendly community that I love seeing I have a dog of my own. I recommend this complex to anyone who loves the area or wants to move to the area. Lots of things to do and they offer great amenities.
