This is a classic example of a big corporation buying out an old apartment complex, adding on some surface upgrades, and charging through the roof for rent. These apartment buildings are OLD. The walls are paper thin so it costs 250+ dollars a month to keep a 1 bedroom apartment at 66 degrees in the winter. You can also hear every single foot step from the people above or the late night arguments from the couple next to me. This company will also try to nickel and dime you at every chance they can get. Prices of each apartment change DAILY based off market. So as I was just finishing up my online application, I was kicked from the site for no reason. When I reloaded the page, my monthly rent quote increased 20 dollars a month. I called the office asking about it and they said it was normal competitive pricing that changes daily. The lease agreement had advertisements half way through the lease. I had to fill out a (second) separate online form just to tell them I had no pets and during that process, I had to deny the advertisement for a moving company, a food meal company, and one other I didn't even bother reading. The pre move checklist contains more ads than actual useful information. They use conservice but strictly for viewing the bill. You then have to go to their own website to pay the bill. So you have a conservice fee of 3 or 4 bucks a month just to VIEW the monthly bill. The maintenance crew have showed up to my apartment unannounced requesting access to my apartment 4 times in the last 2 months to check random things each time. Any sort of notice in advance would be appreciated. That's also a ridiculous amount of times. Bundle all the things you need to check into one visit. Packages are never delivered to the correct apartment. I receive more packages for other people than my own packages. Also my carpet in my bedroom isn't even nailed down so you can just lift it up. Not really a problem, just thought it was weird. These apartments are not terrible, but absolutely not worth the price. Normally I would dismiss a lot of these minor inconveniences, but I feel the need to be critical if they are going to charge 1700+ dollars for a one bedroom and I have to pay 2000+ a month after utilities. There's much better options in the area at 2000 dollars a month.

Not that bad of a place but we never get anything delivered to this property because it always goes missing. Also they are now charging $25 for any cars over ONE regardless of how many people are on the lease. And at $1400 for a one bedroom we are planning on looking elsewhere when our lease is up. All apartment complexes have their issues. Some people expect to much but overall this place has been a good place to live.
